The ground your site and applications stand on: setup, security, backups and staying up.
A server is the thing nobody thinks about while everything works and that stops everything when it breaks. We do not install it and walk away; updates, certificate renewals, backup checks and monitoring carry on for as long as the server runs. Most of the web and mobile projects we build sit on servers we manage, because when something goes wrong we would rather see it before you do.

Domain and certificates
DNS records, TLS certificates and automatic renewal. An expired certificate takes the whole site offline.
Backups
Daily automatic backups, a second copy in another location, and regular restore drills.
Monitoring and response
Uptime checks, resource usage and error alerts, so we hear about it when a site goes down.
Acceleration and migration
Caching and CDN, image optimisation; migration from your current host without downtime.

Frequently asked
Whose name is the server in?
Your choice. We do insist that the domain is registered in your name, and we do not bend on that. The server can sit under our management, but a copy of the access details always stays with you.
How fast do you respond to an outage?
Because monitoring is on our side, we usually act before you notice. For clients on a maintenance agreement we target one hour during working hours and four outside them.
Can we move from our current host?
Yes. We build an exact copy on the new server, test it, then repoint DNS. Visitors see no downtime, and the old host stays live for a while.
