Odoo’s own Repair module is not enough on its own for device tracking: the customer’s complaint, the accessories that came in with the device, the approved quote and the hand-over signature have nowhere to live. This module fills that gap. At intake it records brand, model, serial number, colour and the fault as the customer described it; the job moves through an eight-stage Kanban board; and customer approval is captured on screen with a signature.

What it does
Eight-stage work board
The stages from intake to hand-over sit on a Kanban board and a job moves by dragging its card. The stages are not fixed; you arrange them to match your own workshop.
Service and price catalogue
Common jobs are defined with their prices. The technician picks from the list and the quote total is worked out automatically instead of being typed each time.
Signed customer approval
The quote is shown to the customer and the approval or rejection is signed on screen. The date is logged, so the “I never approved that” conversation does not happen later.
Customer self-tracking by QR
Scanning the QR code on the receipt shows the customer which stage their device is at. The “is it ready yet” phone calls drop noticeably.
Floor screen and statistics
A live board for the TV on the workshop wall, plus a statistics screen showing workload, turnaround and the split by technician. SMS notifications and PDF receipts are included.
